Abstract

Article: 1 Without prejudice to the provisions of Law Enforcement and inspection controls at the Labor Directorates, and without prejudice to the right of inspectors to freely enter establishments at any time of the day or night with no need for prior permission or notification, the General Department for Labor Inspection at the Ministry’s Headquarters shall prepare a monthly executive plan for inspecting establishments addressed by the provisions of the aforementioned Labor Law, through a system of surprise inspection campaigns, in accordance with specific topics determined at the national level. مع مراعاة أحكام الضبطية القضائية وضوابط التفتيش بمديريات العمل، ومع عدم الإخلال بحق المفتشين في دخول المنشآت بحرية تامة في أي وقت من النهار أو الليل دون الحاجة إلى إذن أو إخطار مسبق، تتولى الإدارة العامة لتفتيش العمل بديوان عام الوزارة إعداد خطة تنفيذية شهرية للتفتيش على المنشآت المخاطبة بأحكام قانون العمل المشار اليه، بنظام الحملات التفتيشية المفاجئة، وفقًا لموضوعات نوعية محددة على المستوى القومي.
