Abstract

Article 1: The phrase “residential communities” shall replace the phrase “residential areas” wherever it is mentioned in the environment law issued as per law No. 4 of the year 1994 and the text of article (14) of the same law shall be substituted by the following text: Article 2: New items Nos. (41) and (42) shall be added to the text of Article (1) of the environment law referred to. Three new Articles Nos. (14-Bis), (40-Bis) and (86-Bis) shall be added to the same law.
