Abstract

Article 1: The texts of Articles (30) and (41/first paragraph) of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Protection of Competition and Prevention of Monopolistic Practices, referred to above, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: A new Part entitled “Part Nine: Examination of Economic Concentration”, comprising Articles (48), (49), (50), (51), (52), (53), (54), (55), (56), (57), (58), (59), (60), (61) and (62), shall be added to the Executive Regulations of the Law on Protection of Competition and Prevention of Monopolistic Practices, referred to above. The following are the texts of said Articles:
