Abstract

Article 1: The provisions of the Ministerial Decrees Nos. 59 of the year 2009 and amendments thereof, 536 of the year 2011 and amendments thereof, 685 of the Year 2013 and amendments thereof, 556 for the Year 2014, 671 for the Year 2014 and amendments thereof, and 60 for the Year 2015 referred to shall not apply to the consignments exported to the productive projects established in the free zones inside the Arab Republic of Egypt and within the limits approved by the General Authority For investment and Free zones (GAFI).
