dc.description.abstractArticle 1: An ultimate paragraph shall be added to article (13) of the Executive Regulations of the Law on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, referred to, the text of which is read as follows: “However, the service provision units may issue the temporary license for the enterprises before obtaining the approval of the competent civil protection department prescribed by item-3 of the first paragraph of this article, as per the following two conditions:
