Abstract

Article 1: All the government dues, including the tax and customs dues, whose value exceeds (one hundred thousand Egyptian pounds), shall be paid via any electronic payment method through the electronic payment and collection system. The amounts less than that may be paid by checks. None of these dues above (five thousand pounds) may be paid in cash. As of the first of May 2019, all the government dues referred to, whose value is more than five hundred pounds, shall be paid via any electronic payment method through the electronic payment and collection system. Amounts less than the foregoing may be paid by any payment method, whether electronic or otherwise.
