Abstract

Article 1: The monthly special raise prescribed in Article (1) of Law No. 77 of the year 2017 referred to, shall be granted as of the First of July 2017 to the permanent and temporary workers at the State Administrative Body, the Local Administrative Units and the Public Authorities receiving comprehensive remunerations, and those holding public positions and receiving fixed salaries inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, who are not addressed by the Law on Civil Service referred to, and the state civil servants whose personnel affairs are regulated by special Laws or statutes.
