Abstract
Article 1: The special economic zone located in Sinai Peninsula in whose regard President of the Republic Decree No. 330 of the Year 2015 is issued shall be excluded from the provisions of the Decree-Law No. 14 of the year 2012 on The Integrated Development of the Sinai Peninsula, as amended by Law No. 95 of the year 2015. Special Economic Zones Law promulgated by law no. 83 of the year 2002, and amendments thereof shall apply to the said zone.
