Abstract

Article 1: The provisions of this Decision shall apply to factoring activity. Factoring activity shall mean: the purchase made by a factoring company of the existing and future accounts receivable, arising out of the sale of goods and provision of services, in addition to rendering some services associated with the management of such receivables.
