dc.description.abstractArticle 1: Two or more of the following standards must be met, in order to consider the investment project strategic or national in the field of applying the provision of article (20) of the Investment Law, referred to, that allows the cabinet to grant the companies incorporated for the establishment of certain projects a single approval: Article 2: In order to consider the project strategic or national, in addition to meeting two or more of the standards prescribed by article (1) of the present decree, it shall be in one of the following fields:
