Law No. 19 of the Year 2023 On Legalizing the Conditions of Unlicensed Industrial Institutions = قانون رقم 19 لسنة 2023 بشأن تقنين أوضاع المنشآت الصناعية غير المرخص لها

Abstract

Article 1: The Industrial Development Authority may grant one-year temporary operating permit for the unlicensed industrial institutions existing at the date of enforcing the present law, within three years at most as of the enforcement date of same. This one-year temporary permit shall be granted after providing an acknowledgement that the industrial institution will abide by the environmental requirements and the civil protection procedures as well as all the controls prescribed in this respect.
