Abstract

Article 1: The texts of article (5) and item (1) of article (11) of the Maritime Trade Law Promulgated by Law No. 8 of the year 1990 shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: The Minister concerned with Transport Affairs shall issue the necessary decrees to apply the provisions of the present law, within three months as of the date of enforcing same. Pending the issuance of these decrees, the previous applicable decrees shall remain in force, as long as there is no contradiction to the provisions of the present law.
