Abstract

Article 1: Clerks offices of courts of all kinds and degrees, and real estate registration bureaus and district offices shall collect the following amounts for account of the tax payable by lawyers, as follows: Article 2: Clerks offices of courts, as well as real estate registration bureaus and district offices shall deliver to the lawyer a receipt against each amount paid for account of the tax. They shall also deliver the amounts collected by them to the General Department for Gathering The Forms Of Deduction And Collection For Account of the Tax, within a date not later than the end of April/July/October/January of each year, by virtue of a check accompanied with form No. 41 (deduction and collection for account of the tax) showing:
