Abstract

Article 1: Ministry of Manpower and Immigration and affiliated departments shall constitute the body competent with implementing the provisions of Law No. 125 of the year 2010 and its executive regulations No. 2736 of the year 2010. The Central Department of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining at the Ministry shall be responsible for the coordination between concerned bodies, if required.
