Abstract

Article 1: The provisions of the executive regulations annexed to Law No. 52 of the year 1981 on the Protection from Smoking Dangers shall apply, whereas the executive regulations promulgated by the aforementioned Ministerial Decree No. 1 of the year 1982 shall be rendered null and void.
