dc.description.abstract	Article 2: It is conditional to pay the full price denominated in foreign convertible currencies via one of the Banks operating within the Arab Republic of Egypt and accredited by the Central Bank of Egypt in order to export the commodities illustrated in the attached list. Payment shall be effected either by opening a documentary credit with the full value or transferring the full value in cash, or bank transfers before shipment, or by applying any of the payment methods guaranteed by the bank. The foregoing shall be evidenced by submitting a bank certificate by the exporter to the competent customs before shipment.
