Abstract

Article 1: Articles Nos. (122), (141 "Definition of Charity Investment Fund"), (142 "Second Clause"), (158 "Third and Fourth Clauses"), (164 "First Clause"), (174 "First Clause - Item 6"), (183 "First Clause - Item 4"), (183-Bis "First Clause - Item 3"), (183-Bis-20 "Second Clause - Item 5"), (211) and (212) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law promulgated by Decree No. 135 of the year 1993 shall be substituted by the following texts: Article 2: New clauses, items and articles sub Nos. (164 "Second Clause" Item-10), (174 "First Clause" Item-10), (176 "A clause following the First Clause"), (179-Bis "A clause following the First Clause") and (183-Bis "Last Clause") shall be added to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law promulgated by Decree No. 135 of the year 1993.
