Abstract

Article 1: The monthly special raise prescribed in Article (1) of Decree-Law No. 42 of the year 2014, shall be granted as of the First of July 2014 to the permanent and temporary workers receiving comprehensive remunerations inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, within the Administrative body of the State, the Local Administrative Units, the Public Authorities and other public legal persons, the Public Sector Companies, the Public Business Sector Companies, and the state civil servants whose personnel affairs are regulated by special Laws or statutes, and to those of public positions and pegged remuneration.
