Abstract

Article 1: It is impermissible to hold any concerts, festivals or events pertaining to the New Year's Eve celebration whether inside hotel or tourist establishments or others. Article 2: It is impermissible to hold festivals, conferences and major events of all types or purposes and any activities or celebrations that lead to mass gatherings (MG). Some of these activities may be excepted from this provision, after obtaining a special permission from the Prime Minister, based on the proposal of the competent minister, after ensuring that all the precautionary measures prescribed by the competent authorities are followed. Article 6: It is prohibited to receive students with the aim of receiving knowledge in any places, other than those authorized thereto by the competent authorities.
