Abstract

Article 1: The text of Item (G) of Article (44) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, promulgated by Decree No. 135 of the year 1992 of the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, shall be replaced by the following text: Article 2: A third paragraph shall be added to Article (7) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, and a second paragraph shall be added to Article (44) of the said Regulations.
