Abstract

Article 2: The licenses valid at the time of the enforcement of the provisions of the law on the public places, referred to, shall continue to apply. The parties concerned shall meet the requirements prescribed in accordance with its provisions based on the procedures indicated in the attached regulations, within two years as of the day following the date of publishing the resolution of the Supreme Licensing Committee determining the general and special requirements prescribed by the law. Article 3: The decrees in force on the date of enforcement of the Law on the Public Places referred to, shall continue to apply, as long as they do not contradict its provisions, pending the issuance of the decrees enforcing same. Any text or provision contradicting the provisions of the accompanying regulations shall be rendered null and void.
