Abstract

Article 1: The lands located between the borders of Badr City cordon and the regional ring road in the east and Ismailia Desert Road in the north, Cairo/ Suez Desert Road in the south, the ring road and Saad Al-Shazli Axis in the west required for modifying the borders of Shorouk City cordon with an area of 52,991.83 acres equivalent to 222,609,844 square meters shall be considered among the areas of establishing the new urban communities, in accordance with the provisions of laws Nos. 59 of the year 1979 and 7 of the year 1991 referred to, and in accordance with the map and the coordinate statements attached to this decree, along with confirming the established ownerships whether owned by the government or the private entities or the individuals.
