Abstract

Article 1: The Industrial Development Authority shall grant the existing factories temporary licenses for one year for the adjustment of their state of affairs and the fulfillment of the requirements required by the law. Article 2: The industrial activities in the respect of which the licenses stipulated in the previous article may be granted shall be determined by means of a decree of the Minister of Trade and Industry together with the rules, procedures and controls based on which these licenses shall be granted taking into consideration all the key controls required for the industrial safety.
