Abstract

Article 1: The reduction of the compensation percentages set out in the tables issued for May, 2017, as approved by the Cabinet, shall be fixed at the rate of (3.5%) during the period from 1/4/2021 to 28/2/2022. This shall apply to all the tables approved by the Cabinet for May, 2017, except the table on the calculation of compensations under the contracts of supplies imported from abroad without operation, for which accounting takes place in the local currency, in which case the reduction shall be fixed at the rate of (7.5%) for May, 2017, during the same period mentioned above.
