Abstract

Article 1: A committee shall be formed to study the utilization of black sands issue under the chairmanship of Kafr El Sheikh Governor, and with the membership of the following: Article 2: The aforementioned committee shall be concerned with the following: Article 3: The committee shall set the rules regulating its works, and shall have the right to seek the assistance of the experienced people it deems appropriate in its field of work.
