Abstract

Article 1: The title: "Part Three: Procedures of Bidding, Awarding and Contracting" of the executive regulations of the law on Organizing the Participation of the Private Sector in Infrastructure, Services and Public Utilities Projects, referred to, shall be replaced with the title: "Part Three: the Procedures of Contracting on Projects". Also, the texts of articles nos. (2, 3, 4, 27, 31, 32, 33, 34/ first paragraph, 36/ first paragraph, 38, 39, 42/first paragraph, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 53, 54, 55, 56/ first paragraph, 62/ first paragraph, 63, 72, 74/ third paragraph, 77, 78/ first paragraph, 81 and 89 of the aforesaid executive regulations, shall be replaced with the following texts:
