Abstract

Article 1: A new article shall be added to the statute of rules enforcing the provisions of law no. 118 of the year 1975 on import and export and the system of imported and exported goods inspection and control procedures, promulgated by Ministerial Decree No. 770 of the year 2005, the text of which is read as follows: “Article 94 Bis: the authority shall lay down a risk management system for the process of examining and testing the imported non-food industrial commodities so that these processes shall be carried out selectively based on the controls pertaining to analyzing the risk factors. The aforesaid controls and any amendments thereto shall be issued by means of a decree of the minister concerned with foreign trade”.
