Abstract

Article 1: Industrial facilities shall not be established, managed, operated or expanded outside the industrial zones. The industrial activities set out in annex No. (1) attached to this decree shall be excluded from the foregoing provision. Similarly, none of the industrial activities set out in annex No. (2) attached to this decree shall be established, managed, operated or expanded inside the industrial zones.
