dc.description.abstractArticle 1: A special monthly raise shall be granted to the civil servants of the state at the rate of (10%) of the basic salary of each of them on 30 June 2010 or on the date of appointment with regard to those appointed following that date, without minimum or maximum limits. This raise shall not be considered part of the basic salary of the civil servant and shall not be subject to any taxes or duties.
