Abstract

Article 1: The employers and the Insured shall be exempted from the additional amounts due thereon in respect of the contributions and installments due during the period from 1/2/2011 till the end of the month preceding the enforcing the present law, pursuant to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law promulgated by Law No. 79 of the year 1975, the Law on social insurance regarding the employers and the like promulgated by Law No. 108 of the year 1976, and the Law on Social Insurance regarding Egyptian workers abroad promulgated by Law No. 50 of the year 1978, provided that the exemption from such amounts shall be according to the following rates:
