Abstract

Article 1: The texts of items (1, 2 & 3) of article- 50 of the Stamp Duty Law, Promulgated by Law No. 111 of the year 1980, shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 2: The texts of items (5 & 12) of the first paragraph of article-1 of Law No. 147 of the year 1984 Imposing A State Financial Resources Development Fee shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 3: A new item sub no. (29) shall be added to the first paragraph of article one of Law No. 147 of the year 1984, referred to, the text of which is read as follows: Article 4: The texts of articles (1 & 3) of law no. 24 of the year 1999, imposing a tax against the entry to theatres and other spectacle and entertainment locations, shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 7: A new article sub no. (6 Bis) shall be added to law no. 24 of the year 1999, referred to. It shall be read as follows:
