Abstract

Article 1: All the entities concerned with receiving the investors applications for issuing the approvals, permits or licenses required for establishing and operating the new investment projects or expanding the existing investment projects, shall decide on such applications within twenty working days as of the date of filing the application coupled with all the documents related thereto. The competent entity shall notify the applicant of the decision issued in respect of his application whether for approval or refusal, by means of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or through any of the modern technological methods agreed upon with the investor when filing his application, within five working days as of the expiry date of the aforesaid period.
