Abstract
(Article 1): All producers, importers, and suppliers of goods are obligated to declare the shelf life of those goods. Suppliers are obligated to provide service and maintenance centers and spare parts for the product during this period, and are also obligated to advertise this period to inform consumers. The shelf life of a product refers to the period of time required to provide after-sales service, appropriate to the nature of the product, to ensure its continued performance. This period begins from the date the consumer receives the product or the warranty activation date for products that require installation or operation.
