Abstract

Article 1: As of the first of April, 2022, the values of the minimum limit of the total wage prescribed by article-1 of prime minister's decree no. 1627 of the year 2019, as amended by decree no. 2421 of the year 2019 and decree no. 1455 of the year 2021, shall be amended, so that the minimum limit of the wages payable to the employees and workers of the State agencies and the public service and economic authorities would not be less than the following: Article 2: The text of article-3 of prime minister's decree no. 1627 of the year 2019, referred to, shall be replaced with the following text:
