Abstract

Article 1: Arriving and departing passengers who carry foreign exchange exceeding ten thousand US dollars or their equivalent whether foreign currency, negotiable bearer securities/commercial papers, or their sum together, shall declare carrying such amounts to the customs authorities. The data of the declaration shall be filled in on the form attached hereto in clear handwriting along with signing it personally by the declarant. Any alteration or deletion shall be approved by the signature of the competent customs officer.
