Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade Decree No. 486 of the Year 2025
A new item shall be added to annex No. (3) concerning the commodities imported under special conditions, as attached to the Statute of Rules Enforcing the Provisions of Law No. 118 of the Year 1975 on Import and Export, and the System of Procedures of Examination and Control of Imported and Exported Commodities, issued by Minister of Trade and Industry Decree No. 770 of the Year 2005, reading as follows.
