Law No. 25 of the Year 2020 On Increasing the Variable Wage Pension, As Regards the Special Raises Prescribed As of 1/7/2006 But Not Added to the Basic Wage on the Pension Entitlement Date, and Amending Certain Provisions of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law, Promulgated by Law No. 148 of the Year 2019 = قانون رقم 25 لسنة 2020 بزيادة معاش الأجر المتغير عن العلاوات الخاصة التى تقررت بدءاً من 1/7/2006 ولم تضم إلى الأجر الأساسى فى تاريخ استحقاق المعاش وتعديل بعض أحكام قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية والمعاشات الصادر بالقانون رقم 148 لسنة 2019

Abstract

Article 1: An increase at the rate of (80%) of the value of the special raises whose date of addition to the basic wage, pursuant to the law prescribing them, has not fallen due or for which no addition date was set, till the pension entitlement date, shall be added to the variable wage pension calculated pursuant to the social insurance law, promulgated by law no. 79 of the year 1975, and due as of 1/7/2006 to the insured subject to the special raises prescribed by laws nos. (85/2006, 77/2007, 114/2008, 128/2009, 70/2010, 2/2011, 82/2012, 78/2013, 42/2014 and 99/2015), once the following conditions are fulfilled: Article 2: The texts of articles nos. (1/item-6, 35/first and second clauses) of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law, promulgated by law no. 148 of the year 2019, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 3: The percentage (5.7%) mentioned in the first clause of article-111 of the Social Insurance and Pensions Law, promulgated by law no. 148 of the year 2019, shall be replaced with the percentage (5.9%).
