Prime Minister's Decree No. 939 of the year 2020 = قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 939 لسنة 2020

Abstract

Article 1: Without prejudice to the provisions of the aforesaid decree of the prime minister no. 133 of the year 2020, the citizens, all over the republic, are prohibited from moving or transferring on all roads from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m., in continuation of the State’s efforts in preserving the health of the citizens and to curb any potential spread of the coronavirus, while allowing the necessary movement associated with urgent needs as assessed by law enforcement officers. Article 3: All commercial shops and crafts centers, including shops selling consumer goods and rendering services and malls “commercial centers” shall close from 5:00 p.m. till 6:00 a.m. Article 7: All sports clubs and youth centers, indoor sports hall and gymnastics centers all over the republic shall continue to be closed.
