Abstract

Article 1: A special monthly raise shall be granted to all the State civil servants who are not addressed by the provisions of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Law No. 81 of the year 2016, as of the First of July 2016 at the rate of (10%) of the basic salary of each thereof on 30 June 2016 or on the date of appointment with regard to those appointed after that date, with a minimum limit of L.E. 65 and a maximum limit of L.E. 120. This raise shall be considered as a part of the basic salary of the civil servant, and shall be added thereto as of the first of July 2016.
