Abstract

Article 1: The monthly special raise prescribed in Article (1) of Decree-Law No. 99 of the year 2015, shall be granted as of the First of July 2015 to the permanent and temporary state civil servants receiving comprehensive remunerations inside the Arab Republic of Egypt, (within the Administrative body of the State, the Local Administrative Units and the Public Authorities), and to those of public positions and pegged remuneration who are not addressed by the Law on State Civil Servants System referred to whose personnel affairs are regulated by special Laws or statutes.
