Abstract

Article 1: The importer or cargo owner, or his agent from among the customs brokers shall comply with the following: Article 2: The carrier, or shipmasters, aircraft pilots and drivers of other means of transport, or their navigation agents or representatives shall be comply with the following: Article 3: The controls and procedures that shall be complied with as regards the ACI System shall be specified as follows: Article 4: The trial implementation of the ACI System with regard to the consignments imported to the seaports shall start as of 1/4/2021 (first phase), whereas the binding actual implementation of this system shall start as of 1/7/2021.
