Abstract

Article 1: Employing the foreigners in all private sector establishments, public sector and public business sector units, public authorities, the local government, and the administrative machinery of the state shall be governed by the provisions regulating the work of foreigners, along with observing the conditions of reciprocity of treatment. The Minister of Manpower and Immigration shall determine the cases of exemption from the condition of reciprocity of treatment, upon the recommendation of the Department concerned.
