Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles nos. (1, 3, 4 & 9) of Law No. 161 of the Year 2022, On Granting Some Facilities to the Egyptians Residing Abroad, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 3: The Cabinet shall issue its amendments to the decree prescribed by article (8) of Law No. 161 of the Year 2022, referred to, within two weeks as of the date of enforcing this law, in implementation of the provisions thereof, based on the proposition of the Minister of Finance, and after coordination with the Central Bank and the entities concerned.
