Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles (2, 5/ second paragraph & 6) of the Law on Establishing Economic Courts, as promulgated by Law No. 120 of the year 2008, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: The phrase “challenges against the judgments issued by the first-instance criminal economic circuits shall be filed exclusively before the criminal economic circuits of appeal” shall be added to the last line of the first paragraph of article-10 of the aforesaid Law on Establishing Economic Courts. Also, the phrase “and the criminal economic circuits with their two degrees” shall be added to articles (1, 4 & 9) of the aforesaid Law on Establishing Economic Courts, as follows:
