Abstract

Article: 1: It is impermissible to import the dismantled parts of the articles prescribed by the two ministerial decrees nos., 43/2016 & 44/2019, referred to, except as a production requisite for the factories licensed to manufacture such products or for the approved service and maintenance centers of the trademarks registered in the register specified therefor at the General Organization for Export and Import Control
