Abstract

Article 1: The prices of the electrical energy supplied to the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company or to the electricity distribution companies from the electricity production plants using the renewable energy sources, which will be contracted upon during the second phase of the feed-in tariff system, shall be modified as detailed in the two schedules attached hereto. These modified prices shall apply as of 28/10/2016 for a maximum period of one year regarding the solar power projects and one and a half years regarding the wind farm projects, or until reaching the maximum capacities contracted upon as indicated in the attached two schedules, whichever is earlier, and pursuant to the controls enclosed with this decree.
