Abstract

Article 1: For releasing the passenger cars operated by an electric motor, it is conditional that they shall be shipped or their import credit shall be opened during the model year, and that they should not have been used before and shall fulfill the requirements prescribed by annex-3 attached to the statute of rules enforcing the provisions of the law on import and export, as issued by ministerial decree no. 770 of the year 2005.
