Law No. 184 of the Year 2023 Amending Certain Provisions of the Law on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, As promulgated by Law No. 152 of the Year 2020 =

Abstract

Article 1: The phrase “articles from (106 to 109) of the law on the central bank and the banking system promulgated by law no. 194 of the year 2020” shall replace the phrase “articles from (102 to 105) of the law on the central bank, the banking sector and money promulgated by law no. 88 of the year 2003” stated in article (62) of the Law on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, as promulgated by Law No. 152 of the Year 2020.
