Abstract

Article 1: An independent economic public authority named "The Public Authority for the Economic Zone of the Golden Triangle" (The Public Authority) shall be established as a public juridical person with its headquarters located in Safaga the Red Sea Governorate, and directly reporting to the Prime Minister.
