Abstract

Article 1: The application for terminating tax disputes shall be filed by the taxpayer or the responsible to the Egyptian Tax Authority or the Real Estate Tax Authority, as the case may be, using the attached tax disputes form. The application for terminating customs disputes shall be filed by the stakeholder to the Customs Authority, using the attached customs disputes form. The applications prescribed by the present article may be filed for free on the portal of the Authority concerned.
